Gladys Lorrine Randall

Our beloved mother, Grandma and Great-Grandma passed away on 03/14/2016 in Auburn, WA. Born in Greycliff, MT on 03/27/1927, she went on to graduate high school in Big Timber, MT. Immediately out of high school, she went to telegraph school and worked on the railroad for 42 years. In 1950 she married the love of her life, William Randall and was married to him for 62 years until his death in 2012. They resided in Custer, MT along with their four children for several years, and later moved to Gillette, WY where they lived for 30 years. They also spent several years as snowbirds in Yuma, AZ until they moved to WA in 2010 to live out their years in Sumner, WA. They quickly became part of the community and enjoyed the small town. Gladys is survived by her children Loren of Missoula, MT, Jacki (Wanke) of Lake Tapps, WA, Roxy (Bailey) of Gillette, WY, Wilma of Aberdeen, WA, and Frank Bounting of Bozeman, MT. Surviving grandchildren include Shauna (Simons) of Lake Tapps, WA, Dusty (Bauer) of Kirkland, WA, Tom Randall of Missoula, MT, Krista (Kearns) of Missoula, MT, and Keegan Bailey of Gillette, WY. Great-grandchildren include Shania, Catera and Caeden Simons of Lake Tapps, WA, and William Kearns of Missoula, MT. She had a long journey in the end and is now in the hands of our Lord. She will remain in our hearts forever. A celebration of her life will occur on Friday, 04/22/2016, at 10:00 AM at Powers Funeral Home in Sumner.
