

Karin E. McDaniel, 76, of Puyallup, WA passed away on Feb. 9, 2017 after her fight with cancer. She will be placed at Woodbine Cemetery alongside her mother and father. Karin was born on March 15, 1940 in Everett, WA to Floyd and Zella Haworth. She graduated from Lake Stevens High School then went on to receive an engineering degree from Bates Technical College. She retired from Boeing as a draft and design project manager
Karin loved her church, Bethany Open Bible in Tacoma, WA and was strong in her faith. She loved to travel and spend weekends at Ocean Shores. She also loved reading and baking anything sweet. She was known for her peanut butter fudge. She loved her family more than anything. Karin is survived by her 3 children, Delbert Ferguson, Rhonda (John) Tye and Shana (Randy) Bloom; 6 grandchildren, Christa (Zachary) Sowards, Elizabeth (Danny) Kroll, Jesse Bloom, Carly (Zack) Mays, Erica Walker and Breanna Walker; 3 great-grandchildren, Melanie Choquette, Jacob Choquette and Peyton Sowards; her brother Gary Haworth; her niece Darcy Machuca and nephew Lewis Haworth.
Karin will be truly missed. She is loved beyond words and was the foundation of her family. Resting in so much love.
