Our Dad was truly an original, a one of a kind. He loved being with family and friends and had a servant’s heart. He was a good son, loyal husband, faithful son-in-law, caring brother, and endlessly loving father & grandpa.
Angelo served in the Army during the Korean War for 2 years. Upon coming home, he married his sweetheart Caroline whom he met in Brooklyn before going into Army, they were married in 1956. Our Dad was a proud Italian American, he loved his heritage and shared many, many, traditions of his Italian upbringing with his own family. Amongst his favorite passions was that of serving in the Hauppauge Volunteer Fire Department.
Angelo made friends wherever he went and was the type of friend everyone would wish to have. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him. He looked forward to being reunited in God’s Kingdom with Carol and all his family & friends that have gone before him.
