In 1955, Ann married the late LtCol Robert L. Philbrook, Sr., and together they built a loving family, raising four children: Judith Dunlap, Robert Philbrook Jr., Michael Philbrook, and Stephen Philbrook. After dedicating many years to her family, Ann pursued her passion as a florist. She found joy in sewing, crafting, cruising, and cherishing time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert. She is survived by her sister, Beverly Goscin, and brother, William Letarte, along with her four children, eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
A Graveside service to honor Ann’s life will be held at Sunland Memorial Park on February 10, 2025, at noon. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Boy Scouts of America or the USO.
