Betty Louise (Richards) Pinkerton, 77, of Peoria, Arizona, passed away Monday, January 28, 2013 in her home. Born Aug. 16, 1935, in Morristown, TN, the daughter of the late Thelma Florence Richards Hudgens. Graduated from Central High School, Fort Wayne, IN. She was a secretary in the Glendale elementary school district for 25 years. She was a member of the Congregational Church of Sun City and their floral volunteer. Betty was an avid traveler, outdoors woman, loved to bowl and play bridge. A wonderful wife, amazing mother, a friend to many and loved by all. Married to Francis Eugene Pinkerton on Aug. 29, 1953. Surviving is her husband Gene, six children; Denise (Tim Tilla), Richard (Kathy), Ron (Donna), Michael (Natalie), David (Luann Hawkins), Diane (Mike Robinson); 12 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral Service is 2p.m., Sunday, February 3, 2013 with reception to follow at Congregational Church of Sun City, 18401 N. 99th Ave., Sun City, AZ 85373, (S.E.
