Sister: Trisha J Sours of Phoenix, AZUncles: Jerry C Bonnett, James F (Linda) Bonnett of Phoenix, AZ and Rev. Jack (Bev) Sowers of Hinckley, MN Niece: Taylor S Thacker of Phoenix.Nephew: Cameron D Thacker of Phoenix.

Cousins: Lynn (Kimber) Burgett of Havana; Janie (Josh) Holden of Zug, Switzerland; Jeremy (Jessica) Bonnett of Springfield, IL; Polly Bonnett of Phoenix, AZ; David (Bobbie) Buchanan of Chillicothe, IL and J Scott Sowers of Hinckley, MN Preceding Brad in death were:Grandparents: Gerald F and Mary W Bonnett; Loren and Helen Sours

Aunts: Carol J (Bonnett) Cherry; Barbara Jean (Sours) Buchanan Brad was a Bible Study leader at Church on the Street in Tucson at the time of his death. He truly loved serving God and knew His Word better than most. He was a very well-liked champion for the homeless and addicts on the street. He understood their pain, having battled alcoholism himself for many years. Once when working with Set Free Ministries, he liked to say “we go into areas where even the Pizza Man won’t go.” Brad suffered from diabetes (as did many of his family members) and Wolf Parkinson’s White (a heart problem). We, his family, are praising our precious Lord for calling him home to serve Him full time. While it is extremely painful to lose a child, we are comforted by the assurance of Brad’s eternal home and we look forward to being reunited with him! Rest in peace, our precious son – your earthly battles are over.

Funeral services will be held at Christ’s Church of the Valley, Peoria, AZ campus in the Palo Verde II room on Friday, May 2, 2014 at 3pm MST. Cremation rites will be performed by Sunland Memorial Park Mortuary in Sun City, AZ. Burial will be in Havana, IL. Memorial contributions may be sent to the American Diabetes Association in Brad’s name.
