Corrine Louise Buscher passed away November 25, 2015. Born in Wichita, Kansas on October 8, 1931, she was the daughter of Edgar and Leona Sweazey. She moved with her family to Arizona in 1960 and worked as a Pediatric and Intensive Care Nurse at Maryvale Hospital. She loved watching old movies and traveling. She visited Hawaii many times and travelled to Ireland, England, France, Switzerland, Rome, Caribbean, Canada, Japan and many places across the United States. Her children will always remember a trip to New York City for her 75th birthday, where she had a brief appearance on her favorite show, The Today show. She is survived by her son John William and daughters Cheryl Matsumoto (husband Wayne), Linda Souza Thompson, and Sandra McMurdy (husband William), and her brother Arlow Gregory, 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, John Buscher and brother Kenneth Sweazey. A memorial service and reception will be held at Sunland Memorial Park, Sun City on Saturday, January 23rd at 2:00 p.m.
