Don is survived by his daughter Debbie; his grandchildren Rob, Josh and Andrew; and his siblings
Wayne, Bob, Dick and Elaine. He is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Bottomley.
Don was born on May 19, 1936 in Platteville, Wisconsin to Fern and LaVerne Bottomley. He married Barbara Bottomley
and had many years together. He served in both the US Navy and Marine Corps before working for John Deere
and later as a police officer which he then retired after 25 years of service. I will love you forever Dad.
A funeral is scheduled for 11:00 AM on Thursday October 6, 2016 at Sunland Memorial with a reception to follow.
Pastor Kevin Redding will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Don's life.
Don will be dearly missed by family and friends.
