Frances Tomlon

Frances Tomlon,(nee Grzelakowski), 94, of Sun City, Arizona, passed away July 27, 2011. She was born May 16, 1917 in Summit-Argo, Illinois. Frances lived in Summit-Argo, where she worked for Essex International ( formerly American Phenolic and later Amphenol-Borg ). She retired to Sun City in 1978 with her husband, Anthony "Tony", in 1978 from Illinois. She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church, and a member of St. Blase Parish in Argo, Illinois. Shw wa a member of the Church 's Ladies Rosary Sodality and the St. Blase School Mother's Club.

She is survived by daughters, Barbara Tomlon and Sandra Fitzgerald; daughter-in-law, Sheralyn Tomlon; “adopted daughters”, Mary Shane and Joanne DeGregorio; grandchildren, Kenneth Eric (Barbara) Tomlon, Kristine (Andrew) Gustafson, Kimberly Stromire, and Sara (Trask) Munoz; great grandchildren, Jaden and Hailey Stromire, Kenneth Nicholas and Jack Tomlon, and Jaxon and Rylee Gustafson; sister, Helen (late LeRoy) Hyde; brother, Edward (Marge) Grzelakowski; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony “Tony”, and son, Kenneth J. Tomlon. Visitation July 29, 2011 at Sunland Memorial Park, 15826 Del Webb Boulevard, Sun City, AZ. Mass of Christian Burial July 30, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 9728 W. Palmeras Drive, Sun City, AZ.
