Dearest Dean and Julie, John and Amy, Angela and Gary and Families of Fran,
We were college roomates at Univ. of Northern CO; and taught and lived in Worland<WY after Fran and Dale were married.  Our families were very close. Our Dads worked together, for more than 20 years. Our Moms compared Italian cookie recipes throughout the years. We were cousins as well as good friends and went to church together, had the same friends at Greeley and in WY....always kept in touch.  I will miss her very much.  Just saw her on July 27 at my sister and Cliff's wedding in Henderson, NV.  She was so happy to be there and she looked this beautiful that day. Fran - so many wonderful, fun memories, teaching with you for many years in  Pendergast District.  I'm so sorry I can't be part of your memorial today, but I AM part of the loving thoughts going your way.  Bob and I have been living in CA for five years and have lost touch with so many dear friends.

Mrs Trostle was a 2nd mom to me. When I was in need during my teenage years, she and Mr. Trostle took me in and treated me like I was their 3rd son. The world was a better place because of her kindness and beautiful spirit. I know she is with our Lord and Savior and he is saying, "Well done my good and faithful servant, well done." To my brothers, Dean & John, I am sorry for your loss, your mom was the BEST!

Fran was a wonderful person and one of the best teachers I have ever known.  She taught all of my children and made a real difference in their lives.  
Fran always spoke of her sons with such great pride and in such detail we felt we knew you too.  She will be missed by all who knew her.

Fran touched my heart when she befriended me as a 'sister' in the Delta Kappa Gamma Society. I will miss her beautiful laugh, her willingness to help others and her wonderful dedication to the world of education. She will be deeply missed. May God bless your family.

We have been great friends for 48 years.  Fran was Russ' godmother.  We all will miss you.

Fran, you will be dearly missed.  As a member of Alpha Iota Chapter, Fran's presence was always marked with fun, laughter, and a deep appreciation for everyone.  I share the same birthday with Fran and we always share our celebrations at the first meeting of the year.  She was an elegant, classy, warm and caring woman. Fran was a gifted educator and always saw the best in her students and was an inspiration to all of us who worked with her.  She always had a smile on her face and an encouraging word when needed. She will be missed.

I loved your mother very much! She meant the world to me and still means the world to me. She was such a loving and caring person. Without Aunt Fran Cyndy and Michael Carlock may not have had the school supplies that had growing up. Every visit to Longmont, Colorado...we went school supply shopping.  
They enjoyed this immensely!! She will be missed!
