Jerome Edward Korn was born on December 30, 1935 to the late Albert Korn and Coletta DeHarde. He had 6 siblings Albert Korn, Robert Korn, Thomas Korn, Laura Schwenk all preceded his bereavement and Collette Korn and Audrey Riazzi. He worked as an accountant for the City of Phoenix and retired at 59 years of age. On August 22, 1964, he married the former Virginia Laway Hock. He was a devoted husband and father of four children and grandfather of nine grandchildren. On Tuesday, April 12, 2022 he departed this world from Banner Boswell Hospital in Sun City, AZ to go home to the Lord. He is survived by his wife Virginia Korn and children: Lawrence Korn married to Denise Korn that have two children Daniel and Kayla; Lisa Moore married to Kevin Moore with three children Brad, Cassidy and Caden; Kevin Korn with two children Kamden and Kara; and Cynthia Korn with two children Charlton and Madeline.
A visitation for Jerry will be held Tuesday, April 19, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Sunland Memorial Park, Mortuary & Cremation Center, 15826 North Del Webb Blvd, Sun City, AZ 85351, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM.
