John Philip Davison

John P. Davison resident of Sun City, AZ passed away November 17, 2012 at age 76. John was born in Chariton, Iowa to Orville and Florence Davison. He was married to his high school sweetheart, Janice A. Davison for 57 wonderful years and they had one daughter “CD” Cristi Davison. They both live in Sun City, AZ. John was a hard worker and dedicated 37 long years to the Railroad industry where he was a train dispatcher in Iowa. He was a huge sports fan, especially football. He was a fan of the AZ Cardinals, Chicago Bears, and Iowa Hawkeyes. John loved to golf, shooting guns with his daughter and enjoyed taking motorcycle trips with his wife and friends to the mountains in CO, MT, and Canada. Those were the fun memories his family will forever miss but keep dear in their hearts. John leaves behind his wife Janice, daughter “CD” Cristi, dog Sparky and many friends. John is preceded in death by both parents and brother James Davison who passed at birth. A Memorial service will be held November 28, 2012 at 11:00am located at First Christian Church of Sun City.
