Banks, LaDonna Joyce passed away March 13, 2018. She was born in State Center, Iowa on July 30, 1944. She graduated from State Center High School in 1962. LaDonna worked for Quaker Oats for over 22 years, retiring in 2008. She also managed the Time Out Lounge in Cedar Rapids for over 25 years. LaDonna loved spending time on Lake McBride in N. Liberty, IA with her husband and grandchildren. And she loved spending winters in Arizona with family and friends at Sun Flower RV Park in Surprise, AZ. She was preceded in death by her parents and her nephew. She is survived by her husband of 20 years Michael E. Banks; her step-children Todd Banks and Jenny Nicely; her sister Virginia (William) Senter; her brother Dale (Sandra) Moody; her grandchildren Hannah Nicely and Connor Logan; her niece Tamara Senter; and nephews Scott Moody and Timothy Moody; as well as her many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, March 22, 2018 at 11:00 am at Sunland Mortuary 15826 N. Del Webb Blvd Sun City, AZ.
