Leo Milashoski of Peoria, Arizona, entered into the presence of his Lord and Savior on July 4, 2025, at the age of 63. A devoted husband, loving father, son, brother, and friend, Leo will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Born to Leo and Florence Milashoski, Leo grew up with a strong work ethic and a passion for learning. He turned his skill and dedication into a successful HVAC business, where his commitment to excellence and ability to fix just about anything earned him deep respect. Leo shared a rare and beautiful love with his wife, Lisa. Together for 47 years, they were an inseparable couple in every sense—sharing dreams, faith, laughter, and the ups and downs of life. Leo cherished Lisa with all his heart and never wanted to be without her. Their deep bond was evident to everyone who knew them, and their love story stands as a testimony of devotion, unity, and grace. Everything Leo did, he did with Lisa by his side. Leo was a man of many talents. Whether fishing with his father and brothers, practicing karate and Krav Maga, painting, playing the guitar and piano, or gardening, Leo put his whole heart into everything he did. He had a green thumb like no one else and took great pride in his seasonal gardens. One of his proudest accomplishments was building his own guitar, a symbol of both his craftsmanship and love for music. Leo's faith in Christ was central to his life. He studied the Bible daily and had a heart for worship. As a gifted musician, he often created and performed music for the Lord, leaving a legacy of praise and devotion. He passed many of his artistic gifts on to his daughter, investing in her with the same love and patience he showed to everyone around him.
Leo is survived by his beloved wife, Lisa, and daughter, Melina, and his siblings Bruce, Janet, Steven, Florence, and Susan. His memory will live on in the countless lives he touched with his generosity, wisdom, humor, and tender heart. Leo’s life was a reflection of the promises found in Scripture: “For I am convinced that neither death nor life… will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” — Romans 8:38-39 Though Leo’s time with us was far too short, his legacy of love, faith, and creativity will continue to inspire and bless generations to come.
