Lloyd Edward Kral died peacefully on Monday, April 21, 2014 at Advanced Healthcare of Glendale. AZ. He was born in West Bend, WI. As a young man he was a talented baseball pitcher. At age 17 he joined the US Army to serve in WWII. He was sent to Japan and saw the devastation of Hiroshima and Okinawa. He then came home and married Lenore M. Hanson. They raised four fine children. After retiring from a life of being an educator, he and Lenore moved from Aberdeen, SD to Sun City, AZ. Lloyd loved gardening, fishing, hunting and was a true family man. Lloyd is survived by his children: Kenneth, Kathryn married to Jim, Kevin married to Diana, Kurt married to Jennifer, and one brother, Ronald Kral, from Green Bay, WI. Grandchildren include Kimberly, Michael, Alexander, Lucas, and Zachary. Great grandchildren: Natalie and Lily. He is missed by all.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 26, 2014 at 10am with a gravesite military honors salute afterwards at Sunland Memorial Park and Mortuary, 15826 Del Webb Blvd, Sun City, AZ 85351
