

Lynn Cooper, 60, of Phoenix, Arizona, peacefully passed away on September 5th, 2024. She was born on June 19th,1964, in Summit, New Jersey, to Nancy and John Cooper. Lynn was the middle of three daughters. In 1975, at just 11years old, she and her family moved to Phoenix, where she would create a life filled with love, strength, and resilience. At the young age of 16, Lynn became a mother when her daughter Kristy was born in 1980. She later welcomed her son Jesse in 1984 and her youngest, Robert, in 1997. Despite the challenges of early motherhood, Lynn’s dedication to her family never wavered. They were always her greatest joy and her proudest accomplishment.Lynn attended Thunderbird High School, where she formed lifelong friendships that supported her throughout her journey. Shortly after moving to Phoenix, she met Randy Perrymore, who would become the father of her first two children. They married in 1982 and later divorced. Despite the end of her marriage, Lynn became close to Randy’s mother, Judy, and the two remained close until Judy’s passing in 2005. Lynn graduated as a Medical Assistant from Apollo College in 1994.
Lynn was a devoted mother and a woman of many talents. She had a passion for cooking, always preparing delicious meals for her loved ones, and a creative eye for decorating. Her home was a reflection of her warmth and creativity. Lynn also found great happiness in caring for her beloved dogs, treating them with the same love and affection she extended to everyone in her life; they were truly part of her family. Lynn’s beauty radiated from within. She had a stunning smile and bright, captivating eyes that lit up any room she entered. Her personality was larger than life—she was loud, bold, and unafraid to express herself. Lynn was the life of any gathering, bringing energy and laughter wherever she went. Her sense of humor was remarkable, and she could make anyone laugh with her quick wit and playful spirit. Lynn's infectious joy for life made her unforgettable to all who knew her. Though life brought her its share of challenges, Lynn faced them with resilience and grace. Her strength and determination were a source of inspiration to those around her. She overcame obstacles without losing her vibrant spirit and never let hardship dim her love for her family. Lynn cherished the simple moments that brought her joy—dancing and singing to live music, sharing family breakfasts and lunches, and taking annual trips to California with her father and eldest sister, Donna. She loved spending time at her daughter's home with her and her family. These moments filled her heart and created lasting memories that her family will treasure forever.
Lynn is survived by her father, John Cooper; her three children, Kristy Desmond, Jesse Perrymore, and Robert Tweed; her beloved granddaughter Kaitlyn Desmond; her grandson-in-law Richard Adair; her great-grandson Ozzy Adair; and her son-in-law Ian Desmond. She also leaves behind her sisters, Donna Easter and Cheryl Driscoll; her brothers-in-law Duane and Randall; her cherished nephews John, Mike, Andy, Jordan, Devin, and Liam; her niece-in-law Bekkah; her great-grandnieces Hailey, Sage, Skyler, and Tessa; and her beloved dog, Karma, who was a loyal companion and brought her endless comfort and immense joy.
Lynn will forever be remembered for her beauty—inside and out—her kind heart, strong will, fierce loyalty, and her loud, outgoing, and wonderfully funny nature. Though she could be stubborn, it was always in the service of protecting and loving those who mattered most to her. Her legacy of love, laughter, and strength lives on in the hearts of all who knew her, and her memory will continue to bring comfort and joy to her family and friends.
