Michael E. Cook

Michael E. Cook (Mikey), 47, of Phoenix, passed away April 15 2012 in the comfort of his home with his loving wife by his side. Mikey was born on June 15 1964, in Long Beach, California, the son of Earl and Frankie Jean Cook. Mikey attended Blue Ridge High School were he was known for his cool demeanor and his lifted truck. Mikey was an extremely hard worker who built a life that his family was proud of. His happiness in life was helping others and going above and beyond for anyone who needed it. Mikey's smile alone could light up a room. Mikey is survived by parents, his beloved wife, Ada, his son, Tanner, his daughter, Krissy, and two grandchildren, Braiden and Degan. He is further survived by his sister, Darla, his brother, Art , nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends. Mikey is walking down the streets of gold with his daughter, Melissa Jean Cook in heaven. Services will be held on Friday, April 20, 2012 at Sunland Memorial Park in Sun City, Arizona at 11 a.m. followed by a reception at the Cook residence. 15826 Del Webb Blvd. Sun City, AZ 85351.
