One of less than a handful of persons who have changed my life and way of thinking   I still remember sermons 
One question I remember him asking which I had never before been asked……. How do you like your steak?    I always felt welcomed and as though I had worth.   One of the few people in this world who truly lived what he believed

He taught me to question and to think and to make decisions based on facts not popular opinions

To  Family...I am so sorry to hear of Ed's passing.   He was a friend of my brother, Ray Foster.  They played music together for many years here in the Sun City area.  Ray passed away this February.   I believe they shared many laughs as well as performances.  He had a lot of respect for Ed's talents & dedication to music.  He touched many lives.  My sympathy to his family.  Kay Foster Chapman 

So very sorry for the lose of your father!  Didn’t really know your Dad but enjoyed quite a few times with Kathy and him singing together at church.  What a blessing!

I knew Ed for twenty five years, Ed was a great neighbor and the greatest friend, the best maintenance man ever!  Ed introduced me to a Great church, and to the best music ever.  Ed was always helping someone in some way.  Ed gave 100 percent of himself  to the community . He had the greatest sense of humor,  and  never 
 met a stranger in his life. I love Ed and his wonderful family.  He will be greatly missed.





We are so sorry to hear of Ed’s passing. My wife, Carol Foster and I took great delight in getting to know Ed through his many years of playing together with Ray Foster in the Sun City bands. Ed has left behind a legacy that shall not be forgotten. 

Miss Jeulia and I have been so blessed by the time we have been able to share with Ed over the years.  He was a man who deeply loved his family and his fellow man.  He always had a joke, a laugh, and a smile to share with us.  We loved him very deeply and will miss him.  Our prayers are with his family and we join you in rejoicing his arrival in Heaven.

We shall forever treasure hearing Ed and Kathy singing His Eye is on the Sparrow, followed by a tender father/daughter kiss. His great musical talent lives on in his children, and even more importantly does his great faith in Christ.

Oh my goodness, you dear man!  I will always remember you - so full of laughter and mischievous banter with me.  You won my heart.
