Robert James Milinsky

Robert J. Milinsky, 79 sadly passed away on Friday, March 15, 2024 due to complications from Alzheimer/Dementia Disease.

Bob was born in Des Moines, Iowa on July 18, 1944. After high school, he worked his way through college in Missouri then went to work for US Life Insurance Company in 1972 where he retired after 27 years.

After retirement, Bob moved to Westbrook Village in Peoria, Arizona and worked at the local Buick car dealership then the Kia dealership in Peoria, AZ. Bob also became a ranger at Westbrook Village at their two beautiful golf courses. He loved to play golf with his fellow rangers who were also his life-long friends. Bob loved keeping busy and was a true workaholic.

Along with the game of golf, Bob was an avid University of Iowa and Iowa State football and basketball fan. Bob was a huge dog lover and loved his dogs (Charlie 1 & Charlie 2) with all his heart. Bob also enjoyed and took pride in working on his home and yard.

He is survived by his loving wife, Angela D. Milinsky of 11 years; his beloved step-children James (Kayla) Valentine and Jill Greg) Amrine; his sister, JoAnn Bingaman and brother, Richard Milinsky. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Ruby Milinsky; his sister Sharon Neal and brother Donald Milinsky.

A celebration of life to be held at a later date.
