Born on February 25, 1949, Ron entered eternal peace on August 10, 2025, at the age of seventy-six, surrounded by family. He is survived by his beloved wife of forty-six years Justine (Tina), treasured daughter Jill (Jeff), cherished grandchildren Caleb and Arabella, brothers Larry (Virginia), Steven (Deb), John (Michele), Joseph (Sue), sister Mary Ann (late Dennis), and loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
A disabled veteran, Ron honorably served his country as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force from 1968 to1972. He initially deployed to Suwon AB 6170th Combat Support Squadron / Security Police in South Korea and finished his military career at Westover Air Base in Chicopee, Massachusetts.
Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, Ron graduated from Kensington High School and began his lifelong career in retail management post-military. He enjoyed leisure time at the casino and was also an avid sports fan. Ron loved football and hockey and found immense joy watching and cheering for his favorite teams, the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres.
Ron had a true zest for life, significantly impacting the lives he touched and the family he loved dearly; he will be deeply missed. As a final tribute to his patriotism and service to a country he dearly loved, Ron will receive full military honors at his final resting place in the Western New York National Cemetery; a Celebration of Life will follow.
Rest in peace and dance with the angels, darling Ron.
