Ruth A. Bolender

Ruth was born November 9, 1931, in LaGrange County, IN. She graduated from LaGrange High School with the class of 1949. In 1954 she met her husband, Raymond and they married that same year.

She retired in 1993 from Ross Laboratories of Sturgis, MI. In 2001, she and Ray moved to Arizona with their family following in 2002. She was a member of the Arthritis Club of Sun City West and the Pennsylvania Club. Ruth enjoyed her many friends, her “sister” of Arizona, going to the casino and doing things for other people. She truly enjoyed life.

Ruth is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, Ray; two daughters, Raeletta of Sun City West, AZ and Shelli and her husband, JR of Peoria, AZ; two grandsons, Nick and Ryan; two brothers, Carl and Frank; sisters, Doris and Marge; special cousin, Shirley Ann and her beloved dog, “Buddy.”

She is preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Raejean, sisters, Irene and Dorothy and a brother, Billy.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 10:00am Monday July 11, 2011 at Sunland Mortuary, 15826 Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ 85351
