

Beth Anne Anderson passed away peacefully on January 2, 2026 after a brave battle with cancer. Beth was born on November 8th, 1965 in Oak Park, Illinois, spent her childhood in Mount Prospect and attending Wheeling High School. She graduated from Luther College in Decorah, lowa with a B.A. in Health/Athletic Training.
While away at grad school, she was offered an entry level job at her Alma Mater Wheeling High School. She packed up, left grad school and never looked back. Through the years Beth was everything from locker room attendant, athletic trainer, softball & bowling coach to administrative assistant in the Athletic office. She was lucky enough to truly love her job, her coworkers and every student she came in contact with.
She is survived by her partner/wife of 31 years Dawn Harpling, her mother Priscilla, sisters Amy and Ruth, Brother Keith, nieces Tate, Scout, Jessica & Becky, nephews Zack, Jake and Brett. She is preceded in death by her father John.
After retirement, Beth moved to her dream house in Wickenburg, AZ and never failed to start a day by saying "I can't believe we live here". After discovering a passion for golf, she became president of the Women's league. She was also involved with other golf related clubs and collected for the local food bank. Beth never met a stranger, was always smiling , had a booming laugh that everyone recognized and greeted everyone with, "Hey Buddy".
There will be a Celebration of Life in Wickenburg, Arizona that will be announced by the family.
Beth was the rock of her family and community. She will be missed beyond belief.
