

Carla Frances Maningas (73), died at her Surprise, Arizona home on September 17, 2021. She was born in Sacramento, CA on 12 January 1948, and spent many years in Colorado, California, and most recently Arizona. She moved to Traditions in Surprise, Arizona in 2004.
She was married to Sandford Dean Webb (now deceased) from 1966-1977, Perry Leo Black from 1983-1990, and Carlos David Maningas from 1993 until his death in Nov 2006.
Her career spanned many successful and diverse chapters, including as a bookkeeper, a writer, a legal office manager, and most recently owner of a successful eBay business. She was passionate about her politics and her love for her family.
Carla is survived by her two sons Kyle David Webb (Maryanne Webb) currently living in Australia, and Darren Todd Webb of Ben Lomond CA, her adopted daughter Cori Junice Graves (Shawn Pruitt) of Conroe TX, and step-daughters through her marriage to Carlos Maningas: Kelly Maningas (Troy Chapla), of Macomb IL, and Heather Clawson (Rob Clawson) of Puyallup WA. She is also survived by her two remaining siblings Linda Junice Jamison of Sandy, UT and Justin “Jay” Foster Baird of Ryegate, MT.
She also leaves behind her two best friends: Scott Gram of Phoenix, AZ and Robin Olson of Surprise, AZ
Memorial Services will be held at 2 PM Sunday, September 26 at Surprise Funeral Care in Surprise, AZ followed by a wake at the AZ Traditions Community Centre. Flowers may be sent to the Funeral Home for the service. Memorial contributions in her honor may be made to SaveTheRedwoods.org
