Charles Wayne George

Charles was a man after God’s own heart who had many hobbies throughout the years; tennis, golf and chess were some of his passions, and always loved to be able to talk politics. Charles and Jacquelyn moved to Arizona from Woodstock, Illinois in 2001. Charles is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Jacquelyn. He is survived by his two daughters; Lisa Stillman of Phoenix, Arizona and Stephanie (Ed) Raske of Ooltewah, Tennessee. He was blessed with four grandchildren; Tyler Stillman, Kayla Stillman, Logan Raske and Carson Raske. He leaves behind five siblings; Shirley Shields, William Lawrence George, Charlotte (Russell) Edwards, Robert (Judy) George, Stephen George, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. A funeral service will be held at 5:00pm, Friday, April 27, 2018, with visitation starting at 3:00pm, Surprise Funeral Care 16063 W. Bell Road Surprise, Arizona 85374.
