Charles "Maverick" Thomas, age 4, of Surprise, AZ, passed away on July 22, 2011. He is survived by his parents, Evan and Rebecca (Filler) Thomas, Brother, Devan Roy Thomas, Sister, Emilee Noelle Thomas, Nanna, Lucinda Thomas, and Papoo and Grammy, Larry and Gwen Filler. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at the Glendale Church of the Nazarene, 5902 W. Cactus Rd., Glendale, Arizona, 85304. Additional Memorial Services will be Saturday, July 30, 2011, at 4:00 P.M. at Yukon First Church of the Nazarene, 525 E. Main, Yukon, OK, 73099.
