David L. Goldberg, 52, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away on January 26, 2015. He is survived by his mother, Lillian Heitner and his father, Benjamin Goldberg. Interment will be held at Toms River Jewish Cemetery in New Jersey. Arrangements entrusted to Surprise Funeral Care, Surprise, AZ, and Bellkoff Goldstein Funeral Chapel in Lakewood, NJ.
