HARWARD, Deborah Ruth, 53, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away peacefully with her family by her side, on February 16, 2018. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert John Fellers. She is survived by her beloved husband, David A. Harward; her nieces, Maggie Fellers and Jillian Fellers; her mother, Patricia Ann Rasey Fellers; and her brother, Scott (Jodi) Fellers. A Gathering of friends and family, to share heavy hors d'oeuvres and memories of "Debbie", will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, at 17427 W.
