Elizabeth Ann Kuhfahl

Elizabeth Ann Kuhfahl of Surprise, Arizona, passed away on May 10, 2014. She was born on July 6, 1936 in Lincoln, Nebraska. She is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, David John Kuhfahl; her sisters Nioma Egger of Lincoln, Nebraska and her sister in-laws Irene Lowder of Yukon, Oklahoma, Shirley Lowder of Houston, Texas and Marion Parise of Parma, Ohio. Elizabeth was a loving and devoted mother to six children, Ruth Ann Applebee, Kimberlee Turvey and JoAn and Randy Maxwell of Lincoln, Nebraska, Sondra Schweitzer of Surprise, Arizona, Shannon and Brian Esquivel of Chandler, Arizona and David Jr. and Jane Kuhfahl of Fort Wayne, Indiana; loving grandmother to sixteen grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren; dear aunt to many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her mother Ruth Ann Allmon and father Charles Lowder; her brothers Charles Lowder and Ernie Lowder and sisters Maxine Noble and Dixie Ellis. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Lincoln, Nebraska. Arrangements under the direction of Surprise Funeral Care, Surprise, Arizona.
