A visitation for Jackie will be held Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Surprise Funeral Care, 16063 W. Bell Rd, Surprise, AZ 85374, followed by a funeral service from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
