Lorraine Gail Spinos

Lorraine Gail Spinos passed away on June 21, 2025, at the age of 77. Born August 9, 1947, in Upland, California, Lorraine's life was a beautiful testament to compassion, resilience, and love. She poured her heart into her family, always placing their happiness and well-being above her own. Her radiant smile and joyous laughter were a source of comfort and happiness.

Lorraine grew up in Long Beach, CA, where she met and married David Ralph Spinos, a union spanning 59 years until David’s passing on May 25, 2023. Baptized at 18 in the Apostolic Christian Church, she embraced a guiding faith that she instilled in her children.

In 1971, the family moved to Washington state, a place she would always consider home, where she built a warm and loving home for their family. Her greatest joy in life was her family, especially around the holidays. She was a devoted and cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her love for her children and grandchildren was unwavering, always acting as a protector, mentor, and safe harbor, raising them with a steady hand and a tender heart, while instilling strength, compassion, and grace.

Lorraine's legacy is carried on by her three beloved children: Wendy Corsi, residing in Buckeye, Arizona, with her three children and nine grandchildren; Jennifer Conner, living in Kennewick, Washington, with her five children and six grandchildren; and Anthony Spinos, who lives in Richland, Washington. She is survived by her sisters, Peggy Archer and Linda Patterson, and preceded in death by her half-sisters, Joan Krenz and Gloria Murphy.

As a cancer survivor, Lorraine was determined to live happily on her own terms and cultivated a passion for music, nature, animals, gardening, traveling, reading, and cooking. Her legacy will always be providing a nurturing environment full of love and laughter. The impact on the lives she touched is immeasurable, and her absence will be deeply felt by those fortunate enough to have known her.

Memorial Services will be held at Marley Park Heritage Club, Saturday, September 27, 2025 located at 15210 W. Sweetwater Ave., Surprise, AZ 85379 at 5:00 P.M.
