Martin Scott Chavez, 54, of El Mirage Arizona passed away too soon on August 15, 2015. He was predeceased by his father Philip Martin Chavez. Martin is survived by his loving wife of 31 years Teresa. He is also survived by his children: Jessica Chavez, Philip Chavez, his mother Gail (Jerry) Zella, sisters: Wendee (Glenn) Tartaglia, Kristen (Brian) Pound, and brother Jason (Jennifer) Chavez. He also leaves behind his precious grandchildren: Eddie, Gabriella, D’Layne and Philip, as well as many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held from 3 to 6pm on Thursday, August 20, 2015 with a Celebration of Life beginning at 6pm at Pentecostals of Phoenix 2341 W. Royal Palm Rd. Phoenix, Arizona.
