I bought my first house from Steff and I've known him since Jr. high school.  Always a great friend and someone who you could count on.  A great loss.  My sympathies to the entire family.

I knew Steff from way back when and always held him in high esteem. He had a wonderful high energy personality and was a loyal friend to many. He is now, and will always be missed by those who were fortunate enough to know him.

I share in the loss of Steff's life.  What a great guy, always a positive attitude.  We played racquetball for many years...3 times a week. Were doubles partners and won a YMCA championship together.  To his sons, please remember that your father loved you more than anything in the world and will be quietly watching over you in the future.  If you listen closely, you will hear his message, guiding you along the way.

As Steff's health got worse, we had several interesting conversations about things in the past & his thoughts about what the future might be like.  He did'nt want pity & was willing to accept what life had in store for him.  I'll remember Steff primarily for all the great times we had on the racquetball courts.  He was an amazing player & could move with lightning speed. Great guy...glad I knew him.

We had not heard from Steff and tried to call tonight.  Our hearts are heavy at his loss but know he in in a much better place.  We talked to Steff frequently before his passing.  It was frustrating not to be closer physically so we could try to be there for him.  Our prayers go out to his boys.  He talked about you A LOT!  He loved you more than you will ever know.  Steff had his heart in the right place.  And you can't say that about a lot of people.

To Steff Rian's family, I am very sorry for your loss,  I worked with Steff at C-21 in Winona for several years & enjoyed his guidance and company, we will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

Sorry For the Loss of your Dad/ Family member, He is a "GREAT GUY" and Will BE MISSED by  All . I remember him When I was a Kid, Deeply sorry for your loss .

We are so glad we got to visit with Steph but sad to learn of his death.  My parents actually live around the same area in Az and I am there a lot...Wish we could of gotten together.

Steff Rian family Im deeply sorry for your loss. I had the preveledge of working with Steff at Coldwell Banker Burnet for several years he was a one of a kind and will shirley be missed. He was takin way to young he still had push ups to do and Shelby cars to drive. I was lucky to know him. I know he had rough times with his kids from time to time and we would talk about it and I know with total certainly he loved his sons and thought of them everyday.Life is to short and shorter for others we all have our personal calenders. You handled a difficult job with grace and love.  He said how much he loved you for the care. The boiled eggs, the back scratches, and the McD smoothies were special joys you brought into his days along with that care. He felt blessed to have you.
