Aven will be forever loved and missed by his identical twin brother and best friend Jason; his son Leighton, his daughter Ivy; his parents, Leanna and Jeff, his sister Tracy Moore and family.
Aven was born and raised in Charleswood. He was a precious child with a lot to say and do.
He was blessed with a wonderful sense of humour and love of life. He lived more in his 52 years then most people do in their entire lives. Aven had the softest, kindness heart of anyone I know. He was passionate about his son, fishing, and his boat. Malachi Lake and the cottage was his sanctuary. Upon moving to B.C., fishing took on a new meaning. Now he could fish for salmon, sturgeon, and crab. He bought an ocean-going boat and was lovingly restoring it. He also loved to travel and always had a remarkable story to tell about his latest adventure. Did he ever tell you about his pilot lessons and going snipe hunting on Uncle Mack's farm?
A memorial service will be held at First Memorial Fraser Heights on February 21 from 1:00PM - 3:00PM
Donations in Aven's honour may be made to Luke15 House, 11861 99 Avenue, Surrey, B.C.
Goodbyes hurt the most when the story is not finished….
