Elsie passed away at Rosemary Heights Seniors Village in Surrey at the age of 97. She was predeceased by husband James, son David, longtime partner Clarence Cooper, brothers Patrick and Terry Little. Elsie will be greatly missed by daughter Kathy (Larry) Gillard, grandsons Jamie (Shelby), John (Stephanie), great-grandchildren Lynden and Gavin, as well as extended family and friends. No service by request. A memorial will be held at a later date. Elsie's Life Journey has come to an end but memories of her will forever be with us.
