Born November 18, 1969 in Stewart, BC passed away peacefully with her family by her side on April 26, 2014 in Surrey, BC.
She is lovingly remembered by her sons Graham and Grant Melnyk and their Dad Jay; her parents Don and Denise Moore; her brother Andrew (Tina), her 2 nephews Liam and Cameron, niece Olivia, her loving partner Ross as well as many good friends and colleagues.
A Celebration of Jennifer’s Life will be held on Friday, May 2, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre, 14831 28th Avenue, Surrey, BC. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to South West African Mission (S.W.A.M.) #4 15161 Prospect Avenue, White Rock, BC V4B 4B8.
