WONG, No-Mee (nee Chen); Born in Sibu, Malaysia on January 25, 1915, passed into the presence of the Lord on February 27, 2011 in White Rock, BC. Predeceased by her husband Bing-Chie and granddaughter Dr. Yean-Mei Ong. Leaving behind son, It-Tiong (Dr. Hoa-Leng); daughter Dr. Grace Liew-Ing (Dr.Hock-Lai Ong) and Dr. Joy-Jee-Yong (Dr. John Ting); grandsons Yean-Wei Ong (Irene Ong), Dr. Nick Wong (Audrey) and Dr. Gabriel Ting (Karen); granddaughters Dr. Yean-Lin Ong (Tom McVee) and Dr. Rosalind Ting; great granddaughters Bria and Kyla Wong, Charlotte Ting and Keziah Ong. No-Mee was a teacher in Singapore and an active member of the Foochow Methodist Church. She retired here in Canada. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, March 5, 2011 at 10:30 at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre 14831 28th Ave, Surrey, BC with burial to follow at Victory Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Faith Hope Love Church (payable to International Help Ministries) would be greatly appreciated. The church family has greatly blessed her life.
