Paul Newton Taylor

Paul Newton Taylor, aged 82, of Delta, British Columbia, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2025. He is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Pauline; his three daughters, Tracey (David), Julie (Michael), and Kylie (James); his brother Peter; and his six cherished grandchildren. Paul was born on March 6, 1943, in Bristol, England. He departed school at a young age to proudly serve in the British Royal Navy aboard the TS Indefatigable. After emigrating to Canada, Paul built a long and respected career as a plumber and pipefitter, working for more than four decades and taking great pride in his contribution to the UA Local 170. Paul will be remembered for his ferocious love of reading, his passion for black powder target shooting, and his unwavering generosity toward others. He approached life with quiet dedication, integrity, and kindness. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Paul’s memory to the Delta Hospital Foundation. The family extends their sincere gratitude to the nurses and staff at Delta Hospital and Morgan Place for their compassionate care.
