with Leukemia. Born in Nelson, BC on April 13, 1954 he is survived by his loving children Chantel (Rick) &
Cassidy, brothers David (Charlene), Allan (Kathie), sister Mary-Lou & numerous nieces & nephews. Predeceased by his parents William & Patricia Conkin. Richie was the best Dad in the world. He was a hardworking, devoted man who
preferred to give rather than receive. He will be forever remembered & cherished for his HUGE heart.
Special thanks to the ICU & BMT staff at VGH for making our Dad’s last few weeks as comfortable as possible & to all our family & friends for their support during this difficult time.
