complications from Pneumonia. I am happy to share that my mother in-law
Betty was with him as he waited to take her hand early last Wednesday
morning before leaving us.
Our family had a wonderful visit at Christmas with dad and we have many
great memories of love and laughter shared as a family over our lives. Bob
celebrated his 93rd birthday with Betty and my brother and sister-in-law,
Bob Jr and Adrienne the Friday before and was as always alert and lively. He
never missed an opportunity to scoop us on what he had learned by using
google or watching the news, hence the nick name I gave him "CNN". He loved
to laugh and longed for family gatherings to get caught up on the latest
news from his 3 grandchildren and one grand-dog. We are a close family ,
blessed with love that I feel grateful to be part of. May Bob rest in peace
in his next home until we meet again.
Our memorial service will be followed by an interment in the church garden
and a reception at the church hall. We invite you to join us if you can.
The family will be honored by any expression of love and tribute; your
thoughtful prayers and kind messages of condolence are welcomed.
