

Born in Fall River, a daughter of the late Charles J. and Rosella (Crosby) Booth, she was a longtime resident of Swansea. Graduating 3rd in the class of 1947 from Domincan Academy, she loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and enjoyed working on crossword puzzles and going to penny sales. She was the secretary and later the credit manager at Elbe File for 32 years.
She is survived by a daughter, Barbara A. (Lavoie) Tomawski and her husband Ronald J. of Berkley; two brothers, Charles J. Booth and his spouse, Kathy, of PA and Edward L. Booth and his spouse, Carl, of FL; two sisters, Frances Kempf of FL and Marietta Booth of MN; two grandchildren, Pamela J. Plumer and her husband Brian of Haydenville and John R. Tomawski and his girlfriend Andreia Lino of S. Dartmouth; brother- in- law Raymond Estrella of OH; four great-grandchildren, Grace, Benjamin and Samuel Plumer and Trevor J. Tomawski. She was the step-daughter of the late Margaret Booth, and she is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Her Funeral service will be Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 8:00AM from the Waring-Sullivan Home of Memorial Tribute at Birchcrest, 189 Gardners Neck Rd., Swansea, followed by a Funeral Mass at 9:00AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 530 Gardners Neck Rd., Swansea. Visiting hours, Friday 6:00 to 8:00PM. Burial St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fall River. Relatives and friends invited.
