Brandi and family
We just learned of this tonight, I am at a loss for words. I’m sorry we were not there to support you.

Meeting Billy at Kona..., living with him and Ric in Annisquam and Gloucester , what stories and great times we had. Priceless times and moments.
Not many people had a better sense of humor or laugh than Bill.
Bill is a great friend , and will always be to me.
I will truly miss him.

I just learned of this awful news today, and I am completely stunned. I am so sorry for Brandi, the kids, and Bill's family. I met Bill at Kona up in Gloucester, and I have nothing but the best and fondest memories of him. He was smart, hardworking, kind, dedicated, and just a true friend. He was also one of the funniest people I knew. My deepest sympathies to the family. You will all be in my prayers.

This news makes my heart hurt. I worked with Bill way back when Synventive was Kona in Gloucester. While I have not seen Bill in a very long time, I have such very fond memories hanging out with him. He was a great friend with a sharp wit and a quirky sense of humor that I adored. Once, in his car, our friend Kim and I were confused by the buttons on his car radio because they did not seem to work. He quickly responded with, “Oh, those buttons are just suggestions!” That was Bill, always ready with the unexpected witty comment and I would die laughing so hard my stomach hurt. The world is a sadder place without him. Rest in peace my friend and my thoughts and prayers to your family.

My heart is hurting at Bill's passing. He was such a great friend and cousin. We had so much fun growing up playing ball, riding bikes, shooting pool, playing cards and getting into mischief. Bill will always be remembered with a smile on my face. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Billy was one of the nicest people I ever knew. My fondest childhood memories include Billy and the Rousseau family. I’ll never forget all the nights we spent playing kick the can and swimming in each other’s pools. We were a bunch of inquisitive kids that made the best out of life in our neighborhood known as “Rustic Acres.” My heart goes out to his loved ones during this most difficult time.

We are so sorry to hear of the loss of Bill. We were both so very fortunate to have both of you as next door neighbors for over 15 years. We will surely miss seeing and talking to him outside and wish you and the kids strength and loving memories.
For Lizzie, Tommy and Lexxie: Your Dad will forever live in your hearts.
