Alice Marie Pye

Born in Sydney Mines she was the daughter of Ann and the late Bernie Dawe.

Alice was employed as an RN for over 30 years, before retirement she worked at Miners Memorial Nursing Home.

She is survived by Best Friend and Roommate Emma Louise McLean; daughters Wendy (Craig) Forrest and Joanna Pye; son Wesley (Chantell); grandchildren Dion, Kasandra, Gabrielle, Craig, Summer, Wesley, Christopher and Wesley; sisters Ella and Kimberley; brothers Michael, Jay and Dave.

Besides her father she was predeceased by husband Wesley, infant son Charles Eric and biological father James Jessome.

Visitation will take place Sunday December 13, 2020 from 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm at Fillmore & Whitman Funeral home in Sydney Mines. A Graveside service will be held on Monday December 14, 2020 at 1:30 pm in Brookside Cemetery.

Donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
