Anthony Stephen Daniel Dennis

On Saturday, December 27, 2025, It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of an amazing man, Anthony Stephen Daniel Dennis, a man that held a tremendous love for his other half, his children, parents, siblings, nephews, nieces and godchildren.

Born in Sydney, September 27, 1990, to Mr & Mrs. Stephen & Florence Dennis.

Anthony worked as a Carpenter in Eskasoni for the Eskasoni Band and most recently for Lindsay Construction. He was a hard worker, who took great pride in everything he did and enjoyed passing his knowledge onto others. A kind, considerate, and respectful family man, his kids were his motivation, he was fiercely protective of his loved ones. Always willing to help people in need. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, being outdoors, hunting, fishing, paintball, off-roading, and gaming.

Anthony leaves to mourn his Love, Breanne Cabot, handsome boys Anthony Ji'j, Jiren, Broly and Baby Girl, Maureen, his parents Stephen and Florence Dennis, siblings Ronald Sr., Peter (Lynn), Ashton (Brad) and Evan Francis. He also leaves behind his godchildren Reece, Kaiser, Allison and Bradley, his nieces and nephews Ronald Ji'j, Jennilee, Chandler, Emily, Evander, Ronna, Christian, Satchel, Reece, Oliver, Jasper, Juanita, Azalia, Tatiana, and Bradley, several aunts and uncles, and godfather Bertram Bernard.

Anthony was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Peter and Mary Paul and paternal grandparents Noel Dennis & Mary Doucette, step-grandfather Abraham Doucette, and his godmother, Annette Bernard.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, January 3, 2026, starting at 7pm at the Gabriel Centre in Eskasoni, visitation continuing until 10am on Monday, January 5th when a Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Holy Family Church, in Eskasoni with Fr. Angus MacDougall Celebrant. Internment in the parish cemetery and Salité will immediately follow the mass. Memories and condolences can be shared with the family by visiting twcurry.com.
