She will be forever missed by her cherished children David (Linda), Deanne (Gary), and Brian (Jodi); her beloved grandchildren BJ (Lindsay), Amy (Aaron), Evan, and Avery; and her treasured great-grandchildren Bryson, Isabella, Jordan, and Carter. Beverly is also lovingly remembered by her devoted sister Jane and brother-in-law Billy, along with extended family and many dear friends.
Predeceased by her parents, Stanley and Clara Jackson, and her siblings Genevieve Billard, Walter Jackson, George Jackson, and Judy Jackson, she now returns to their loving embrace.
Beverly had a big, strong, and beautiful heart. She fiercely loved her family, dedicating herself to them with unwavering loyalty and affection. She had a special talent for baking, often filling her home with warmth, laughter, and the comforting aroma of her delicious treats. She loved gathering family and friends, creating moments that became treasured memories. She especially loved playing bingo, chase the ace, and tarabish, always bringing her gentle laughter and warm spirit to the table. She had a remarkable gift for making everyone feel welcome, cherished, and a part of her family. Deeply rooted in her community, Beverly was known for her kindness and generosity. She proudly served as a member of the Ladies Auxiliary for the fire department, offering her time and support wherever it was needed. Her radiant smile and giving spirit touched countless lives.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Harbourstone Enhanced Care, where Beverly spent her final years surrounded by exceptional care.
They also sincerely thank the compassionate team at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital for their support during her final days.
Beverly is being cremated, and a celebration of her life will be held in the late spring, with details to follow.
Our hearts ache for her, yet they are fuller because she was ours. She shaped us with her strength, lifted us with her smile, and loved us with a depth we will forever treasure. Her legacy is love, and it will live in our family for generations
