Dylan Googoo who passed away peacefully at home. On Wednesday April 13,2022 at the age of 33
Born on April 23, 1988, In Sydney N.S. He was the son of Allan and the late Mary (Johnson) Googoo. Dylan was an outgoing and loving soul who loved his family, friends and all that came his way. He loved to sing and go to karaoke where he made many friends. He’s favorite being Guns and Roses in particular “Sweet Child of Mine” but could sing anything that was requested of him. Dylan would participate in the annual Eskasoni Christmas Daddies and of Course Eskasoni Idle where he won the title and then became a Judge for the competition.
Dylan leaves behind to morn are his father Allan, sisters; Stephanie, Sasha and baby sister Carlee all of Eskasoni, and brother Ethan of Eskasoni. Dylan also leaves behind his nieces; Coda (James), Candace, Presley, Ange Paul and her Son Pie’l, Skye Denny and Avery MacNeil, nephews Prentice Johnson Jr, Dre Denny and God Children Caprice, Lucas and Constantine and Steffan to which he adored all of them with his whole heart.
Dylan also leaves behind his Grandmother Virginia Googoo, Aunts Bridget Smith Denny, Jetta Denny, Anita Googoo, Carleen Googoo, Melissa Googoo, Lottie Johnson, Carol Marshall and Patricia Dennis, Uncles Daren (Yvonne)Googoo, Vernon (Shelia) Googoo, Charles (Tabitha) Googoo, Gearl Johnson, Albert (Golly) Julian, Gerard (Regina) Johnson, Thomas (Elizabeth) Johnson, Derek (Sharon) Johnson and Godfather Lindsay (Bubba) Marshall of Potlotek and many cousins.
He is predeceased by His mother Mary (Johnson) Googoo, Brother Prentice Johnson, David (stillborn) Sisters Allie and Sarah both stillborn, Grandparents John T and Margret “Dr Granny” Johnson, Grand Father Samuel “Joe Jay” Googoo. His Godmother Joan Marshall. Along with many loved ones.
The wake for the late Dylan Googoo will take place at Gabriel Centre on Thursday April 21, 2022 at 7pm to the public and Funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Family Parish with Fr. Antolin Asor in Eskasoni on Saturday April 23, 2022 at 10:30 am.
