Joyce is survived by her husband Bill, son Kurt, her brother Bill Palmer (Susan) Pictou, sister Dale Palmer (Danny), brother Grant MacSween (Sharon), brother Neil MacSween, as well as many nieces, and nephews.
Cremation has taken place, a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
