It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Murray Skinner at the Toronto General Hospital on July 6th, 2012.

Murray was a wonderful man and was loved by all the lives that he touched!

Murray is survived by his best friend and wife, Heather (Hazen) Skinner, brothers, Ron (Cathy), Bridgewater and Don (Pauline), Hammonds Plains, Marie (Steve McLellan), Sydney and Madonna, Georgetown, ON, as well as several nieces and nephews and their families, whom he loved so much. Murray will be greatly missed by his In-laws, Gloria and Gord Hazen, Saint John, NB., brother-in-law, Peter Hazen.

Mur was predeceased by his parents, Fred and Gertie (Gallant) Skinner, and his brother and friend, Doug Skinner.

“Dunvegan” was our “ Piece of Paradise”, along with our Dunvegan family.

Visitation will be held 2 -4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday, July 12th at T. W. Curry Parkview Chapel, Sydney. A funeral mass will be held 10 a.m. Friday, July 13 at St. Joseph’s Church, Sydney. A Reception to follow at the Cedars Club, Mackenzie Street, Sydney.
