Born in Sydney he was the son of the late Jerome and Ethel (Steward) Gerrior.
Stewart was a loving, kind and generous man whose family adored him. We are heartbroken. He is survived by his son, Jerome, of Sydney; daughter, Darlene (Bill McGirr), and the light of his life his grandson Quinn Procyshyn, of Winnipeg, Manitoba, and their mother Sally Carson; sisters, Ethel (Walter) Crawley of Sydney, Theresa Bell of Halifax and sister-in-law Rose Little.
He was predeceased by his sisters Alice and Doris; brothers Lavin, Allen, Leo, Greg, Alphonse, Vincent and David. Cremation has taken place.
A private family ceremony is planned for a later date.
