Teddy is the son of the late Carl Gould and Pauline Johnson. Left to mourn are his children; Jamey (Reuben), Caitlyn (Elijah), Mekayla (Justin), Taylor and Samantha; sister Martha (Gerry) Crossman and brother Lincoln Gould. Also left to mourn; his precious grandchildren, stepsisters Lillian, Patricia and Rita Prosper; stepbrothers Norman, Danny and Maury Prosper as well as his nephew Kale Gould, Godson Preston Helle and large extended family members.
Besides his parents Teddy was predeceased by his brother Howard in infancy and stepmother Geraldine (Isadore) Gould.
Before getting sick Teddy worked for the Membertou Band in the Public Works Department. Our dad had a big heart, contagious smile and a great sense of humor. Everyone was welcomed into his home and treated like family. You never knew what kind of prank or adventure you would experience with Teddy. He loved his dogs Spooky and Destiny who were always by his side.
The wake will start 7:00 pm on Tuesday, December 1st, 2020 at his home at 7 Kitpu Crescent. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, December 3rd, 2020 at St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Church at 11:00 am. Officiating will be Father Bill Burke and internment will take place at Membertou Memorial Gardens. Those wishing to attend virtually may join the livestream on TW Curry’s facebook page.
