So sorry for your loss. Vic was a wonderful neighbour and we will all miss him.

My sincere condolences on Vic's passing. I met Vic through my involvement with Laubach Literacy and always enjoyed working with him on Each One Teach One endeavours and also during his involvement with the Adult Learning Association of Cape Breton County. He was a true warrior in the fight for literacy for all. I have many fond memories of road trips with him to assorted literacy meetings and always enjoyed his wry humour and down to earth sensibility. I remember how proud he was of his grandsons and how much he enjoyed his involvement in their upbringing. He was a good man. He will be missed.
